Fast Shipping

Our collaboration with UPS FedEx DHL allows us to offer many shipping options. Most orders placed during weekdays prior to 3:30pm at EST will be shipped that same day. The majority of orders will arrive within 3-7 days following the day they were sent. The post office can provide an estimated delivery date but this isn\’t guaranteed.

It is important to note that for orders with more than one product the processing time is assigned to each item.

Returns

What happens if you do not want this item? We\’re happy to accept your return within 60 days of purchase either for credit or a total refund. If you find any flaw or defect in your order and you are unhappy with it, let us know as soon as you can. We will be delighted to aid you in determining the solution that is right for you.

What\’s the timeline to receive my refund? Your account will be credit using the original method. It could take between 7 to 10 days according to your payment system or bank.
